Bill is one of the two founding members of the M-Dock Band.

He has been playing stringed instruments and harmonica for over 47 years and performed as a solo act during the 1970's in the Dallas, Texas area.  Bill is a tax attorney by profession, practicing with the firm Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown P.C. in Springfield, Missouri.

Bill also performs close up magic, specializing in card magic, and is currently the International President of the International Brotherhood of Magicians [2013-2014].
