Steve joined the M-Dock band in 1997.  He founded the M-Dock horn section, helping to expand the band repertoire to include a wide selection of horn band classics.

Steve enjoys a wide variety of music.  He has played saxophone for other rock and blues bands, and big band jazz with "Caduceus” (The Doctors’ Band).  He also plays dobro guitar with the Lonesome Hollow Bluegrass Band.

By day, he is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.  He is the senior partner with The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Group (OMS) and has been honored by his peers and 417 Magazine as a Springfield area "Top Doctor".
